Booking & Cancellation Policy

To secure your moving date, we require a $100 deposit, which will be applied to the total price. This ensures that your spot is reserved, and our team is ready to assist you on your scheduled moving day.

Deposit Policy: A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Rescheduling Policy: We understand that plans may change. If you need to make any changes to your moving date, we require at least 72 hours’ notice to accommodate your request.

Payment Upon Arrival: The remaining $400 is due upon our team’s arrival at your location, before work begins.

Payment Methods: We accept cash or Zelle for your convenience.

Receipts: A receipt will be provided immediately after payment is made.

Furniture Wrapping & Electronics Policy

At Royal Pyramid Packing, we take extra care in handling your large furniture and electronics to ensure a smooth and damage-free moving process.

Furniture Wrapping & Disassembly: Before wrapping or disassembling any large furniture, our team will take photos to document its pre-move condition. This ensures full transparency and protects both you and our team.

Electronics Handling: If we are working with televisions or other large electronic devices, we kindly ask that all electronics be turned on before handling. This allows us to verify their working condition before transport.

No Refund Policy

Flat Rate: Our service is priced at $500 for up to 6 hours, covering all tasks, including packing, unpacking, and handling large items.

No Refunds for Early Completion: If our team completes the job before the 6-hour timeframe, the price remains the same with no refunds or price adjustments.

Add-On Items Policy

We offer add-on items to make your packing and moving experience as seamless as possible.

Eligibility for Add-Ons: Add-on items such as boxes, tape, and wrapping paper are only available to clients with future bookings.

Delivery of Add-On Items: These items will be brought by our staff on the scheduled packing date, ensuring that all materials are on hand when needed.
